I got home from school today and I was just in the mood for a healthy snack, which is very good because I my goal for May is to tone up a lot by the 31st. And we all know that eating healthy is key.
Soo, I made an avocado, tomato salad!
- 1 avocado
- 5 champaign tomatoes
- Some olive oil and some salt
I also added in some cous cous later because I wanted some form of carbs
